These terms apply to the Kerala Together browser game at godsowncountry.network. By accepting the checkbox and starting the game, you agree to these rules.
Playing together
Choose an appropriate display name. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, share private information, distribute illegal content or use hate speech. Do not spam, run bots, exploit bugs, bypass restrictions or disrupt the service.
Guest profiles and Google sign-in
You can explore as a guest. Guest progress is linked to a secret browser profile token. Clearing browser storage may prevent recovery of progress. Google sign-in enables voice access; it does not prove a player's age or identity to other players. Google sign-in does not currently transfer guest progress between devices.
Nearby voice and messages
Voice is optional and requires Google sign-in and microphone permission. Players within the in-game voice range can hear you. Move away or mute your microphone to stop sharing your voice. You can mute or report players from the player list. Reports require operator review and do not guarantee immediate action. The service does not record voice, but other participants could record what they hear. Do not share sensitive information.
Game money and purchases
All money, rewards and shop products are virtual game items. They are not real currency, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for real goods. Gameplay limits and item prices may change. Manipulating balances or rewards may result in restrictions.
World and availability
The world contains simplified fictional representations inspired by Kerala. It is not a navigation map, an official tourism service, or a claim of affiliation with featured places. The game is a public beta. Availability and preservation of progress cannot be guaranteed; maintenance, balance changes or technical failures may affect play.
Safety and moderation
Use the service only where permitted and, if you are a minor, with the involvement and permission required from your parent or guardian. Profiles and connections may be restricted for abuse, security or legal reasons. Do not bypass restrictions.
Your content and privacy
You remain responsible for the names and messages you submit. You allow the service to transmit and display them for gameplay and retain submitted moderation reports. See the Privacy Policy.
Updates and contact
The version date identifies these terms. Material changes should be communicated in the joining screen. Contact the website operator (contact details will be added before public launch) for questions, reports or data requests. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
